It's spring break. You're on the beach. You're feeling all kinds of free. Wind in your hair, don't care. You pat yourself on the back for being so present. Then you decide to capture this lovely moment. Your hair looks like your toddler took a lawn blower to it. Now you kinda care.
Hopefully you took advice from your amazing Stylist (that's me!) and brought your instant solution: a foldable floppy hat. Boom. Instagram ready! Bonus: UV sun protection! B(R)agging Rights
A spring break bag is not an absolute must. Like don't give up bringing underwear to fit it in your suitcase. But if you have room, they are certainly suuuuuper cute. And they add that finishing touch to your Instagram outfit photo. Which you'll definitely be taking once you give up on the entire family looking at the camera at the same time.

So many of my clients are headed to warm, tropical destinations in the next month or two. What is everyone requesting? Dresses! One of the great things about dresses is they're a one-piece outfit. One piece is easier on the wallet. Easier to throw on when your children want to go to the pool RIGHT. NOW. Easier to transition from day to night.
If you're not quite ready to bare your legs until a couple days of sun soak in, make sure to pack a maxi dress. If you're 5'4" and under and want to wear flat shoes, try a maxi dress that comes in a petite length.
Midi dresses are my personal favorite. They're modest and give you some coverage if you're bending over to pick up your kids. Plus, they're such a hot trend right now.
Your legs are your best asset? Show them off by packing some mini dresses.

Not wearing accessories would be like putting amazing coffee tables and end tables in your home and never putting a lamp or a book or a candle on them.
While you likely will end up owning more than the basic accessories, it's important to check that your wardrobe has these foundational pieces first:
My picks for these pieces are below and most of the metal pieces come in gold and silver!
